Simpsons movie trailer released
Slightly off-topic, but newsworthy: Matt Groening’s The Simpsons will hit the silver screen on July 27. You can see The Simpson’s Movie (in 2-D) trailer on Apple’s trailer site. Trailer review: Loved it. Laughed out loud. There are few shows I get out the hustle to see on opening night, but this will be one of them.

Laughed out loud? I’m a huge Simpsons fan, but the last handfull of years have sucked bad and I have little hope for this movie. That trailer review sounds like one of those paid-for reviews that are a tell tale sign of a bad movie.

ERA – I’m definitely not getting paid, but I did laugh out loud at the Rock and a hard place joke. Each of us have our own senses of humor.
