Over on Mike Lynch’s blog (Blogspot and MySpace) he has posted photos of Rina Piccolo’s studio when he recently visited her to pick up some original artwork. Rina is the creator of Tina’s Groove and one of the Six Chix – both syndicated by King Features.
In similar fashion, Mike has also posted photos of his visits with Bunny Hoest. It’s always interesting to see the environment where the cartoons are created.

I have enjoyed your lockhorn cartoons for many years. They are so true and down to earth…We are sorry to hear you have cancer..I too have had cancer..My husband also liked your cartoons, and he passed away in Dec. 2008..
I will be 79 soon, and we used to take the newspaper just to get read your cartoon and save them to mail to other people…to cheer them up.
My daughter Debi and T will include you and your family in our daily prayers….Peggie
