Tom is probably very correct in his assertions - as well as others who have complained that liberal editorial cartoonist tend to win more so than their conservative counter parts. So, let's review. If you're a left of center, traditional one panel hometown newspaper, then you've got a significantly greater chance of winning than those who don't fit that profile.
