		<description>I believe that the Pulitzer board is greatly biased when it comes to the editorial cartoons. Tom is probably very correct in his assertions - as well as others who have complained that liberal editorial cartoonist tend to win more so than their conservative counter parts.  

So, let&#039;s review. If you&#039;re a left of center, traditional one panel hometown newspaper, then you&#039;ve got a significantly greater chance of winning than those who don&#039;t fit that profile.</description>
