I DON'T THINK 'GET FUZZY' IS FUNNY ANYMORE. IT USED TO BE SWEET AND ACTUALLY PORTRAYED CATS AND DOGS DOING "NORMAL" CUTE CAT AND DOG STUFF. NOW IT'S JUST PLAIN MEAN. I SKIP READING IT HALF THE TIME AND I USED TO LOOK FORWARD TO READING IT. WOULD LIKE TO HAVE SAID THIS TO THE EDITOR, BUT COULDN'T FIND A LINK. MAYBE U COULD FORWARD. THANKS

I kept waiting for *some* explanation, some conclusion to both the crossover episodes and to the booger week, but I was left high and dry and am still wondering what they were supposed to be all about.

And, to the person above who thinks 9 Chickweed Lane is the worst strip ever, I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I've always loved that strip! I think, however, that it was more entertaining when the focus was more on the mom, before Edda moved to NYC.

This week the animals look to be drawn by a different hand. I hope all is well and will return to normal soon.

Have really liked Conley's work in the past, but wondered if he had handed the strip over to someone else the last few weeks. Maybe it's cutting edge, but I don't see the depth it's shown before. When did Rob become a cartoonist? He was in advertising before. Maybe Mr. Conley's seeing if we take our comics too seriously.

John -- you're right that it was Conley, and not Rob, in Monday's strip, but he wasn't on the phone to Pastis. That was apparently an editor or somebody else at the syndicator.

Pastis did appear, but not until Wednesday.
