Phil Hands, Joe Heller take Wisconsin Journalism Contest

Phil Hands of the Wisconsin State Journal has taken first place for editorial cartooning in the Milwaukee Press Clubs’ Excellence in Wisconsin Journalism Contest. Joe Heller of the Green Bay Press-Gazette took second place.
