Nick Anderson has a blog

Nick Anderson, the newly acquired Houston Chronicle editorial cartoonist, can now say he’s a cartoonist AND a blogger with the recent launch of his blog on the Chronicle web site. Nick’s blog seems only to post his cartoon and allow readers to make comments. A quick perusal of the comments didn’t reveal that he is responding to reader’s comments.

  1. Poage Legislative Library at Baylor University will host an exhibition of original editorial cartoons from 18 cartoonists. There will be a lunch, reception, panel discussion, and symposium to open the exhibit on September 18, 2008 in Waco. Cartoonists Ben Sargent, Dan Foote, Bill DeOre, and Clyde Peterson, aka CP Houston, will take part in the panel and symposium. Family members of Jack Hamm will also attend. The exhibit web site and press kit are http://www.baylor.edu/lib/poage/drawingpower
Contact Ben Rogers for more information or would like a catalog of the exhibit.
