Editorial cartooning contest sponsored by Buffalo News
The Buffalo News is fielding submissions for the 2006 Editorial Cartoon Contest. For the last 12 years the News has sponsored this annual contest. Their current cartoonist, Adam Zyglis (personal site, cartoons on Cagle), is a past winner. The contest is open to all ages with three divisions based on age.
You can download the entry form that has all the submission information. There does not appear to be stipulation that you have to be a resident of Buffalo NY.
